E068Err CR Encoder Anyone know what this means?

I did a damper swap and now i am getting this error upon start up, any ideas?

Abnormal condition in head travel distance (Yaxis) during printer operation.
Displayed if there is no feedback from encoder.

Cable (incorrectly installed or damaged)
CR board
Encoder or encoder strip
Undue resistance of the carriage

Yep when I pulled the head out I bumped that ribbon looking thing that is on the back right, I am thinking that must transfer data from the head, wow I am happy to have that fixed.
