E085Err Head Heat

Please,

Yesterday when i start the ValueJet 1614 after few minutes i receive E085Err Head Heat error and printer stop.

Please can someone help me with this error, also when i touch surface where paper is place for print (and two black margin are placed) it was very hot. I turn off the printer but the temperature didnt go down and i turn off the main power cable that go in the printer.

This error now is always coming but also the problem with the temperature on the vacum place where print have go is very high.

Please some solution or ...

Check the motherboard, also the ribbons iChat go into main board

Please can you tell me where to see that because i dont have service manual, i know where is motherboard but i dont know what to do and where it is.
