we have the valujet 1604 & in the middle of the print this error code popped up. now the print is shot & I can't clear the error code. has anyone had this happen to them yet & what was the solution. Thanks Sean

There are a set of subtanks, similar to the bags in the ink cartridges.
There is a low sensor and a high sensor on each
It is not making the low sensor.

At "low" the valve from the ink cartridge should open and fill the subtank.
If the bag gets empty (from running with no ink) it can vapor lock and require a syringe and manually cycling the valves.

You will need a tech to walk you through the procedure.

are there any guides on the internet, i have the same prob but dont fancy paying the extortionate call out charge.
