Econocraft Jr. 25 in Cold Laminator

Does anyone own a Econocraft 25 inc Cold laminator that may have video on how to set up the machine to laminate ? I just got one and I am a bit confuse on how to use it.

I seen that video but it doesn't help as the laminator I have is different.

Back top roll I add the laminate. The top roll I tape the waste that the laminate is on. Than I curl the laminate on the the feed. However, every time it starts the laminate material starts sticking to the safe device.

Pretty frustrated right now, good thing these are test rolls thy I got for free from a friend.
