Edge 2 - Thin Line Issue (Not 1 but 2!!)

We had two thin lines show up today on our Edge 2.
We cleaned and tested and still the same. This looks
like a blown pixel. Has anyone ever had two go out at
the exact same time? Could this be something else?

While a blown pixel is not unusual it certainly could be something else as well. It could be a defect in the roll of vinyl, the foil or contamination on the printhead. Both can be ruled out by a cleaning and switching to a different roll of vinyl or cartridge of foil.

Next rule out the job file by running a different job.

Those things being ruled out, you are now down to the printhead and any circuitry that carries the data to the printhead. Remove the two side covers and visually inspect the PC boards for any visible defects. Next unplug and plug back in every connector and run a job again. If it's still there then you need to get the unit into the factory for repair.
