Edge adhesion

I've got some vinyl I'm applying to pvc sheet, But the edges always seem to not stick well. What is the best way to keep the edges and corners tight to the pvc? I am trimming the vinyl and pvc to size together.

Have you tried applying heat?

is it something you can use an edge frame on. we do several that we apply a pvc channel frame to to help protect the edges

If you are using 3M vinyl, try applying some 3M 94 primer.

What type of vinyl?
Clean your material?
If you cleaned it, with what?
Apply dry or wet?

I'm using FDC intermediate calandered vinyl. I cleaned it just with a dry rag. Applied dry. I don't think I can get away with edge covers on this job. They are sticking better over time. I could clean it with rapid prep, next time. I will try to heat it and see if i get a better adhesion.
