Edges of Vinyl

I did some full color signs 18" x 24". Some were coroplast and the others Maxmetal. I cut my vinyl slightly larger than 18" x 24", applied it to substrate, fliped it over and trimed the edges. If I run my finger across edge I can catch vinly and pull it up. Are there any tricks to getting that vinyl to adhere treal well close to the edge? Is it anything to worry about?

Yes......print it to size, or print em on a flatbed.

cut a 1/16 smaller than sign blank...

Cut slightly smaller than your substrate and if you really want to make sure of good edge adhesion use an edge sealer like the seal-it pen.

Why would you design ANYTHING to go completely to the Edge???
