Edit points of contour cut

I'm relatively new to Flexi and am trying to print and cut a design (print on a Mutoh and cut on a Graphtec)
How do you edit the points of a contour cut in Flexi?
I've imported a bitmap, made the area around it transparent and applied a contour cut. The contour cut in one area is not following the path correctly and needs adjusting.
How do I select points on the contour path so I can grab the handles and adjust the curve?
Looking to do something similar to using the direct selection tool in Illustrator.

separate the contour by right clicking on the contour and then go to separate contour cut..then you can edit with your path edit tools.
