Efi H1625 Led - "Ink cleaner case may be full"

I need some help. It says "ink cleaner case may be full, please check"

What is this error asking me to check?

This error just started coming up (First time in 2 years) yesterday evening. It pops up when I try to use the interface to purge and also when I try to sweep. (The silver buttons will still purge). When that error pops up, the vacuum does not turn on and the head does not go back and forth.

The ink waste tank was emptied last week and only has about 1/4 in it. What do I need to do?

You need to go into Parameters. Under the system tab look in the middle right area. You should be able to RESET the cleaner case.
I've had this error a few times. I think we weren't holding down the Liquid Separator button often enough.
