Hello ,

I got this Jetrion 4830 press with Xaar 1001 Heads and having little problems with print quality ..very often there is some small misprint line on some printheads ( see attached photo ,mostly on Cyan and Black)
looks like a few printhead nozzles get clogged, wiping does not always help immediately .. Does anyone has experience with this press or with Xaar 1001 heads ?
Thank You!

We have a Jetrion 4000, those are what Jetrion likes to call Jet outs.
There are a few things you can try, but you will most likely need to replace the cyan print head.
Or, if the job you are currently printing does not require the full print width of the press, you can add a margin in Fiery XF to avoid the affected nozzles, just measure the distance from the left to the last affected nozzle, and add that as a margin, shift your paper as well to match the margin.

Jetrion was sold to Xeikon, they can provide help over TeamViewer for a fee.

Wiping the head with cleaning fluid is an obvious one.
There is a weeping feature in Mercury that pushes ink out of the print nozzles in an attempt to clear the blockage.
You can try increasing the voltage to the cyan head and print the test pattern for 20 feet or so to try and clear the blockage.
While printing the test pattern, you can also try squeezing the ink supply tube above the cyan head for a few seconds to build up pressure, then releasing will also clear small blockages.
