EFI VuTek QS3200 User Guide

Good Friday to everybody!! Looking for a little assistance.
We purchased a VuTek QS3200 last year and the one thing we didn't receive with the printer was a users guide.
I've searched the internet numerous times and cannot locate a place to download or purchase such a guide from.
I can probably go to EFI directly to purchase one, but they have not been quick to help us since we didn't purchase the machine from them.
ANY SUGGESTIONS??

They are always very helpful for us. They service vutek printers and also sell parts. I would imagine they could at least get you a digital copy of the user manual.
