Elusive western font, anyone know please?

It's not Playbill...I have looked and looked for similars.
Thanks in advance.

Another question also: what is the maximum upload file size for posting?...I had to size this pic down from 1.18 meg.

Awesome...Thank ya much...I suppose it's really more of a heavy slab serif font instead of western. Now to see how it condenses and try improve customer supplied bad vectors...I appreciate your help Tikiboyz!
