I take mine to Staples.
They recycle for free.
Also if you buy other print cartridges for your desktop from them you get points towards free print cartridges.

I send the Latex ones back to HP, I send the Color Painter's to a company in Denver.

I refill those for print. I have Mutoh Rockhopper II 64.

I donate mine to the Kiwanis and they use if to help people out. I also have a person pickup the rolls of paper left from my lamination to take to a local school for art classes.
