End of media problems

Usually media loading issue,
Media feeds a little crooked and lifts off the sensor in the back.
Try loading your media normally, but pull out a couple of extra feet, go around to the back and use the roll to roll back the couple of feet, normally this will straighten the media out.
Could also be the take up system.

If you have continued problems with end of media, the sensor may need to adjusted down in sensitivity.
The sensistivity issue will occur at start of print, where media loading is usually responsible for middle and end of print errors.
