Envision 375 kiss cutting issues

The first project cut fine with the same settings I sent from Omega. The second project I had to have it cut 3 times so that it will cut.

Some projects start fine and end not cutting the same by the end as well.

Any trouble shooting suggestions?

I run two envision 375's - check blade under a jewelers loop - check cutting strip - quality of vinyl. also when second files sent to plot- I have to check pressures etc. - they save the prm file from last run.

as for changing during job - maybe vinyl or head related- check blade to be fully seated in holder
