.eps file conversion

I have Adobe Illustrator CS2 and customer supplied .eps artwork is in a newer version, would anyone be willing re resave a file as CS2 for me? Pretty please?

Thanks for the offers folks, placing worked fine.

I usually just open with Adobe reader, and save as a .pdf. Then it allows me to open the .pdf within illustrator.
