I am taking out some print heads from a CJ 500 that are in good shape and had been running Aqueous inks. I will use one in my FJ 42 right away but the other I want to clean it and store it away. ( I am putting solvent into the CJ and will put new heads in for that)
My question is how to store the used heads once flushed with cleaning fluid. Do you leave the cleaning fluid in the head or draw it out and let the head air dry?
I would think all print heads would react the same so any advice from others would be great.
