Epson 40600 : how to download the NVRAM file

Hi All,
I'm having a dispute with the agency that repairs our Epson 40610.
So I need to download the NVRAM file and check the head shot count (the agency refuse to do it for us).
Does anyone have the program to do it?
Or advice?
