epson 9000 dye convert to eco solvent

I have a Epson 9000 currently using Dye ink and want to use a Chinese Brand of Eco Solvent ink in no chip 220ml cartridges. Company in China states their ink works in 9800 Epson. Anyone converted over from Dye to Eco Solvent ?

It is more than the ink needed for doing really eco-solvent-printing. Eco-Solvent-Printers needs heaters to warm up the media and so on.
