Epson GS6000 Magenta Lines

Hi

I have a Epson GS6000 and is printing Magenta lines on each graphic even in the Nozzle check! Any help on this? any Techs available in Orlando??

Can you post a picture? What direction are they (head travel or media travel)?

Shot in the dark but have you tried cleaning the encoder strip? That's usually my first guess when any random lines start showing up. Although this doesn't really look like that's the issue here, it's worth a shot. Otherwise I'd suspect the magenta head cable next.

Had a similar problem at my last job where I operated a GS6000. Tech came and replaced the heads.

Could be the quality of the picture and not actually the test print, but your test print does not look good. I ponder the condition of your print heads.
