EPSON GS6000 Wiper Blade Issue

Hi, all.
My Epson has an issue with the wiper blade falling out of its holder.
I can't get it to stay, which is causing excess ink left on the printhead to streak or splatter on my media.
Suggestions?

I had this same problem after cleaning one time, i knocked it loose. Just make sure it is set all the way when putting back in. There are two tabs that sorta "click in" on the bottom. It took me a few times to get it set right but finally got it and have had no more problems with it.

And make sure the bottom of the head carriage and the wiper is really clean, the ink gets sticky and that might be what is pulling it out.

GS6000 is a little long in the tooth...if you cannot cleat ASSY that holds the wiper...it's easier to just replace the ASSY...I think it's like $150 and a few screws...
