Epson S40600 Dropping lines of ink?

Good Morning!

Does anyone know why the Epson is printing this Magenta line like this every time? IT does it will normal printing and doing nozzle checks. I tried doing a head wash along with manualing cleaning it countless times and it keep doing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Photo attached.

I'm an Epson authorized tech. Cyan and magenta, I believe, share one lane or small cap on the pump cap assy. Your nozzles look to be missing those two colors. I would suggest that this is a pump cap issue. I would clean the face of the head, clean the cap with a generous amount of cleaning fluid, I believe it is the far left on each pump cap. You can tell by the color residue. If not the pump cap should be replaced.. I can help with that if you need.
