I have purchased this printer back in oct of 2018 and have been printing mostly on Avery 1105 wrap vinyl. I was able to load this profile into the Epson control dashboard and synced into my onyx gamaprint. But most other profiles i load onto my printer and try to sync to gamaprint it crashes. I remember when i first did this there was a trick or you had to do it a certain way but i am not sure how it loaded right because i cant seem to recreate these steps. Is there anyone else have this issue? I cannot load the ij35 profile and i print on this 90% of the time it just crashes.
