Epson S40600 Orajet 3621 buckling

I'm having a chronic issue with Orajet 3621 3mm media buckling and causing head strikes. I've tried the usual playing with tension, suction, and setting the platen gap at 2.5mm. Can anyone recommend media profile settings for the Epson S-series? thanks.

Turning off the heaters seemed to resolve the buckling.
Current settings
Platen Gap: 2.5
Suction: 8
Tension: 4
All three heaters: off

The first two heaters are primarily there to soften things and make the material more receptive to the ink, and the last/front heater is there to help dry the ink. It shouldn't play any part in any warping/buckling or headstrike issues.

I'd try something like 108, 105, 120. If your material is more than 6-12 months old it could easily just be a little wonky from age. Fresh rolls will usually lay flatter than stock that's sat around. I've also seen material with too little heat, so it goes both ways. Trial and error!
