Epson s80600 Offline

We loaded white ink into our epson s80600 and not the Onyx RIP is saying the machine is offline- the file we have is showing ready to print but the online status light is a light orange
Was thinking there was a media mismatch but all seems fine on that end
The IP address and printer is also working.
HELP!!!

Did you try clicking the button to go online?

Did you go into your menu and switch the ink to white? You can't just load ink and go.
