Epson SureColor S70675 Mechanical Error

While starting to print on magnetic material (which we've been doing off and on regularly for past 2 weeks), the "call for service - Mechanical Error 159A" displayed. Was directed to power machine off and on, did so and problem still remains. A brief 'google' of this error message may lead me to believe the motor is struggling due to the nature of this heavy magnetic material? Has anyone seen this error message and had any luck problem solving?

Its an error for the take up reel motor. Check its cords/wires etc.
