Need Help Error 170 stopping printer need help

hi I have a mimaki cjv30-130 Iam getting an error code 170 put a new solenoid in it and still same talked to Mimaki tech said firmware ver 3.20 needs to be upgraded but with error code can not lock printer into remote to upgrade and ideas tried booting in service mode still does the same

Turn off the main power, and turn it on a little later.
1. Set cut system parameter No. 37 “CLKAJST”
to “0” and turn power on.
2. Check the operation of the C connecting hook
or replace it.
3. Check the operation of the change lever or
replace it.
