Error 181

I have a problem with MIMAKI CJV30-160, It says Error 181.. I recorded my problem. If anyone can suggest me what to do?

It means the pinch roller is not in the proper place. The pinch roller mechanism has a triangle engraved on it. That triangle has to be between the two triangles that you see on the rail. Basically, the actual rubber roller has to be over the part of the metal roller that has texture and that is where the triangles on the rail are located because you can't see where the textured parts of the roller are when media is loaded. I don't know why I am having a hard time explaining it in words so below is a picture.
