error 211 head warm temp

Hi,
I am getting this error from out of the blue on a JV33.
"error 211 head warm temp, (1,0,0,0)"

Any one know what causes this?

There is an infrared heater in front of this printer, but I have 3 other JV33's printing without issue, and they all have the heaters in front of them.

When the machine was turned on this afternoon the error came up and the machine shut down.

I have seen it before, and know that in 15-20 min, it will allow me to print again, but I don't want to wait; I want to print!

Thanks for any advice!

you may have a older printhead DX5 which had a sensor attach to the Printhead. Remove it may help solved the problem. Good luck
