Error 3A6...help!

Does anyone know how to fix and or clear error code 3A6 on a Tajima TMFX II machine? We had a needle break and now we are receiving the error. We do not have any birds nests or broken bits of knives. We've also checked to make sure the knives are not stuck in either the open or closed position. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tried fixing this problem until 10:30 the other night with no success.

I took a minute to google it. I'm not sure if any of this will help.


Fix the "3A6 error" code. Clean out the "bird nest" of threads by hand or a piece of cloth. Close the knives completely and press the "SET" button to reset the error code. Press "START."

And here is a pdf manual. Page 129 show how to suspend the problematic head so that you may continue embroidering with the remaining heads. - Assuming your machine has multiple heads.

Thanks - we'll try suspending the head. We've tried the other suggestion without any luck.
