Hi all,
A few weeks ago I started to have the error 43, i was reading this forum and others that could be the Motro Y, I contact the technical service and they told me the same thing, so I bought the Motor, after changing the default Motor, the problem persists,I clean the encoder also, I lubricate the bearing (it runs without any problems) until I changed the belt and pulley, and the problem persists, someone passed him something similar?

Hola a todos, hace unas semanas comencé a tener el error 43, estuve leyendo en este foro y en otros que podía ser el motor Y, me contacte con el servicio técnico y me respondieron lo mismo, así que compre el motor, luego de cambiar el motor, el problema persiste, también limpie el encoder, lubrique el riel y los rodamientos (los mismos corren sin problemas), hasta cambié la correa y la polea, y el problema persiste, a alguien le pasado algo similar?
Si tienen un minuto pueden ver el vedeo
