Error 43 Y Motor

Hello!

I have problem with mimaki605CII, Error 43Y Motor
To start from machine come error43 (change MotorY already).
I have clean leading axle Y.

In maintenace manual tell change mainboard but a lot work for change and i not sure can help

For move head use strength, not normal and error come spotty.

any idea?

If there is still Error 43 when the motor is new, the problem will be main board.
You have to check and repair the main board.

you can lubricate the 02 metal shafts where the head assembly is moving left & right,,,
and also check whether the busing on this shaft is damaged (for this better need a tech person),,
if these thing not working,,,then better to concentrate on the main pcb,,,thnx ,,gud luck,

maybe i know why...

I take off the 1 rail (photo). In back side head have 4, now only 3 but machine work. We ordner new one. I hope this its the problem. Now its head for move soft.
