Error 98:03 on my L25500

Hey anyone, a newbie here. I have been using my HP latex L25500 with great success and all of sudden after the initial 1 yr warranty ran out all sorts of problem appear. First the take up motor quit then this one ERROR 98:03 gives me real headache. Banding starts on every print and I just don't know what to do to eliminate them. any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Who are you and where are you? Where did you get your machine? Have you contacted a Dealer or Tech?
