Estimating software

I know there are a lot of post on this. But what's everyone using for estimating software. Been using estimate but really want something cloud based

It's just the though of having to pay every month for it I know in the end it may be no different but still

If you are looking for something cloud based there is more then likely always going to be a subscription type of payment schedule. It seems like they go hand in hand.
