It looks like a version of Square721. I typed the line in using Square721 Ex Bt and it would almost be dead on if the edges were rounded.

Actually it's from the 1980's collection called Fluent LaserFonts by Casady & Greene. The only cloning they did was from film strips. It was one of the first Postscript collections to ever come to market. It's all at the Typeoasis website, free, and it includes some very useful and well done fonts.
