ex12 question pertaining to the acrylic

I have probably asked this before in here, but can't seem to find it. I don't build sign frames very often. If I have a frame 196" x 24", how large should I cut my roll stock to fit properly? I am using the 1" wide ex12 extrusion.

Thanks

You should be ok, cutting it 1/4" smaller to account for the thickness of the extrusion that's if the cabinet is exactly that size.

That's a little bit of an odd size, but does that allow for your raceways to accommodate normal size lamps ??

If you're running lamps up & down, you'll hafta be more around 25".

Anyway, if you keep 1/8" in all around, you should be good.
