Exchange battery message

Ok , got past the hurricane to come back to the Mimaki CJV30-160 showing a "exchange battery" message. Does anyone know how to acess this battery. Is it deep inside the machine so that only a tech knows where and how to change? The manual says contact service office and I can only guess how busy the tech will be after the hurricane. I would guess the extended blackout ran this battery down. Any help would be appreciated.

Just take off the back cover (behind the printhead)
The battery is on the right hand side about 1/3 down.
Easy to get to. Just make sure you unplug the machine first...
Mine says CR2032 lithium battery 3V
