exporting images in pixels

I have to send our web developer some images and they want the images to be, lets say 250X250 pixels. I mainly work in flexi, does anyone know or have an easy way to make sure the file is sized correct?

I know in design central you can set the size to in,ft,mm,cm,m & pt but nothing for a pixel.

I have Illustrator and have exported images out of flexi and into Illy in the past, it really messes everything up and I have no idea on how to fix it in Illy or it would take to long. I'm still learning Illy (self taught) any thoughts on making this easy?

So in flexi or any other vector program what size would 250X250 pixles be in inches? And how do you figure that out?

Size in Flexi should not matter if it is all vector objects.
Save it out of Flexi as an eps or pdf.
When you import into Photoshop it should ask you what size in pixels you want it to open up at.

This could be wrong but couldn't you calculate pixels based on the fact that web images are displayed at 72dpi... So an image with 250px on a side would be 3.47222 inches per side. (250/72 = 3.472)
