Exporting Images Issue

I have four identical workstations I7 with 16g RAM & 1TB SSDs all running Signlab 9.1
One of the workstations takes forever to export image.
The resolutions and where it is exporting it too are the same on all the machines but just the one struggles.
Has anyone had a similar issue and how did they resolve it?

Is the one struggling an Hp printer?

They are all HP PCs, their are no HP printers attached to the system.
