exporting question

when i export most anything it places a border around the object that i dont want. is there a way to export just the object and not this border ? any ideas appreciated. i use corel draw 12

well i guess i thought about it and i see that the border that im talking about is the actual page size. it create's a border when i export to either an .AI and .DXF (auto cad). is there a way to just export the artwork only and not the page at all ?

Yes in the export page check selection only and select what you want to export!

i dont see those choices ? there are only 2 check boxes
1. web safe file names
2.do not show filter dialogue

do i need to be looking some where else ?
