exporting to pdf troubles with lines

lattely im having problems with exporting pdfs.

it generate multipe nodes on curve by itself. It doubles it and it makes a object...

I use hairline thickness.

i have sam routine as always. pdf profile is the same as always. what is wrong???

Use a solid fill and no outline. Should give you a single clean path on the outline of your shapes
