ExpressClipart.Com ...howzit work?

I want to start by saying what great way of selling clipart that is. I needed to show my client what I could come up with for them & I showed them 3 alternatives from your site. When they confirmed that one of them was suitable, I was able to create a new membership & buy the single vector image I needed for under $4.

My question has to do with how & when I can get my downloadable file & put it to use. I was hoping for instant gratification, as I have come to expect from most computer transactions. I got to the paypal site, paid & got my receipt already. I am able to log in to my account at ExpressClipart.Com & see my item in my shopping cart... but it seems that paypal hasn't told ExpressClipart.Com that I've paid yet.

If that's the case I'm sure it will go quick enough... but on a Friday evening... I don't want to be waiting for something if I don't have to.

Did I miss a download button somewhere, or do I have to wait?

Good evening on your end and morning here. Doug the last purchase I made the file was downloadable immediately if my memory serves me.

Your download has been awaiting you since you finished at PayPal. To get to it, however, you must come to terms with the convoluted logic of the programmer. He decided it was cleaner to put it on a second level page ... something I plan to have rethought the next time I go to him for some other changes I have in mind.

To reach that page, click on the link named My Account from the gallery or My Account Page from the Home page menu under the Gallery Menu dropdown list. Login if you aren't already logged in. Once you are on your My Account page, you will see a link named My Orders History. Click on that and you should see your order with a Download button beside it.

Sorry for any confusion. You're not the first person it has happened to. FWIW, I have this information nicely presented on the How to Download page which is accessible from the Home page How to Menu.

thanks, I was just coming back to announce that I made it to the second level of the expressclipart.com computer game, and won access to my purchase. Counter-intuitive to go to my shopping cart & only see it asking for $3.95 again... but now I'll know
