Head bathroom cleaner.
Now days I would be looking into Displays and not old school boards. More freedom for your client and a monkey off your back. Last traditional menu board we did 7 or 8 years agoand the client still calls me for inserts. Never has time to wait and is always rushing to keep up with menu changes.
