It is a stand alone program that runs along side of Adobe. I only have CS4 so that is all it's been tested on. I plan on adding all the different Adobe programs to it but need to get some feedback first!

yup.. it sucks when it happens... both on Mac and PC.
mine only seem to crash when i don't save it and i am press on time.. lol

Not really a proper program solution, but it works for me.
Whenever I'm working in Illustrator I listen to music (as do a lot of people I imagine), I just save everytime a new song comes on. Simple. Force yourself to do it for a half hour and it will become basically automatic.
