My prism jet extra is stuck on "INK REFILL 4M"even if I power it down and back up it just starts a new cycle.It will start a cycle and run for a few minutes the lcd goes blank so I restart the printer and it restars the cycle .....help....and THANKS

Thought of that too

I actually gave it a couple hours and powered it back up a got the same thing....Any more ideas and thanks so far
