Failure to initilize color managment module

After trying to send a print the other day Flexi decided it did not like my commands and took on a life of its own to destroy a weeks worth of work. It started off asking me if I wanted to keep Rip settings or PM setting which through me for a loop -my default should have been on Rip settings- Then after hitting Rip settings an error message "There are no ICC profiles selected for this device" eventhough I have Icc profiles out the giggy) I click ok and I get "Proceed w/out color correction" if I click yes its "Failed to initilize color management module" and an endless battle of clicking its ok button. -but eventually it prints. If and when I had decided to change the settings through production manager or before I hit send it would come up "unknown failure has occurred and it is recommended that you restart the application!" Ergh!

I am at a loss on what to do! After loading factory defaults Flexi worked fine until this morning, I came into work, threw on a print and guess what? It is here to taunt me for the rest of this fine Friday with my favorite message besides "an unknown failure has occurred" but my bff "failure to initialize"

Has anyone ran a crossed this problem? What actions did you have to preform in order for flexi to wake up on the right side of the bed?

Thanks in advanced! :)

Whenever I get "Failure to initialize color mod..." it's usually when I try to print a bitmap that was made on a Mac and after I've adjusted brightness, colors, etc. I don't know the exact reason, but usually I have to re-import and re-adjust. Sometimes it's just something that's checked or unchecked when saving it on the Mac.

Not sure if I've run into this since we upgraded to Flexi10 though.
