Faint Magenta Ghosting.. Any ideas

Hey everyone. I just got done calibrating my Roland Soljet II (sj540) and started printing the days' queue. I notices that a banner I was printing had this faint magenta ghost around all the negative white areas. Any idea what would cause something like this? I checked the head and it looks great. The test print looks perfect as well with no drop out or misalignment. Thanks in advance!!

We had this a while back and discovered the heads were set to high.
Dropped them back down and problem solved.
I don't remember raising them but we'd had a service done - maybe the tech put them up.
Anyway it's easy to check and fix if that's the issue.

head height, static, "peach fuzz", or stale/seperated ink
... are the best-case scenarios. a dying printhead will also do this, unfortunately.

My guess is static as well. Used to have this problem every time we printed black banners with white text and magenta was the only color that would bleed. We would put water in a spray bottle and misted around, not on, the printer and stopped the banner print every 2 feet. When it stopped the head would touch the capping station and remove the static....

I was experiencing a magenta overspray problem after I switched my regular ecosol ink to another brand.

What did the trick for me was changing the printing profile to a higher resolution. It was all good after that.
