FALCON font has me stumped

Hello and thank you a ton for any help or pointing in the right direction.... This one has me stumped. I've tried Identifont.com and whatthefont and I still can't get this one.

The A is pretty much flat on the top and the C is very different.... almost like it wants to have a serif on the top... but the bottom is kinda normal.

again... any help I would love and appreciate.
