Falcon Jr xr xf sensors

I have a falcon jr that is giving me a media end error when I go into exam menu the xf and xr sensors both have off the sensor on the print head will give me a value depending on paper being over under it or not.

I have checked the conections at the mainboard and also the wires and everything else looks good.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
