Falcon Outdoor Rear Heat Not Working, can I check volts to see if the board is good?

Recently I noticed my prints were looking strange, I thought it was just a humidity issue, until now when I checked my rear temp.

It's set at 50 but never gets above 25, I turn it up to 67 with no change.

Is there a way to check the voltage going to the heater strip so I know what to replace, or that the board if functioning.
